Neogrady is a legendary Hungarian Impressionist. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Budapest, then at the Munich Academy Of Fine Arts. In 1894 he won the Esterhazy prize with a watercolour series. From 1893 until 1931 he taught watercolor paintings at the Budapest Academy of Fine Arts. In addition to watercolor painting and gouache, he was known for his oil paintings and illustrations. It was exhibited in 1904 in Budapest and in 1908 in Arad. His works can be seen in the Hungarian National Gallery and are highly sought after.
