Drew is a prominent Australian Street & Graphic Artist. He is an Australian artist who’s work is concerned with memory, nationalism, criminality, brown paper and mythology. He holds a Masters Degree from the Glasgow School of Art and has been exhibited at major arts institutions around Australia, though his most prominent work is installed on city streets. He is best known for his AUSSIE poster series. This is Drew's best known, and recognised graphic poster! The photograph of Monga Khan was taken 100 years ago in Australia. He was one of thousands of people who applied for exemptions to the White Australia Policy. Cameleers, Hawkers and other traders were granted exemptions because their work was essential to Australia's growing economy. For 70 years they played a crucial role. Peter's goal is to celebrate their contribution to Australia. His work is currently on display at the Newcastle Art Gallery. This stunning piece comes from a private collection in Adelaide
